As part of their move out process
Maybe it’s just me being “Old School”
It sure doesn’t seem like a good idea for the property owner
as we have found that most owners want their property management company
to professionally verify the condition and cleanliness of the property
it definitely causes more work for a tenant as they are trying to move to a new place
and if there are any repairs needed or it isn’t clean
there is at least a possibility that they don’t share that in the photos they send
