to defer the cost of ownership
each month that the condo is empty
the owner is paying for
– HOA Dues
– Utility Bills
– Property Upkeep
The biggest problem that most are facing
Is that they use the property at peak rental times
and there are very few renters looking to rent off season
a lot of our property owners end up renting long term
and taking a year off from using their condo
they travel to different places they would like to see
which allows them to lock in the maximum rental returns
interestingly enough
if they want to come to the area they do a short term rental someplace else
